A pet → monster and zone → method table for the early farms on both factions, the zones with the most farmable pets by monster level, the special pets that only come from shops and chests, and how many souls each pet level takes.

Pet soul farms: pet → monster and zone → method
Method for every row: kill the monster for its pet soul. Five souls register the pet.

Community source Monsters, levels and zones from MetaBot's spawn maps. Its client reward tables list each soul at a 100% drop, but it cannot see hidden conditions, so treat five kills per pet as the best case. Papis souls also drop in Silent Hill, Trainen Highland and Mahindel River, per games.gg.

Pet farm map: best zones by level
Zones with the most pets that have a soul-dropping monster. Farm a zone near your level and you collect several pets at once.

Pets you cannot farm (Special)
Special pets have no combat soul drops. MetaBot also counts 37 regular pets with no monster source in the current client.

Souls per pet level

Community source 105 souls for a fully raised regular pet. Common advice: register many pets at level 1 first, then raise the ones you use. Pet types (Fera, Natura, Varian, Cogni) also level up from 1 to 10 and open option slots; each analysis costs 4 Soul Crystals of that type plus 1,000 Kina.

Global vs Korea
We found no sourced difference in the pet system between the global and Korean servers. Korea launched earlier and has later updates, so a Korean pet list can include pets or zones the global client does not have yet. If a pet is missing from your Pets menu, trust the menu. See Global vs Korea for the differences we could source.
