You want
To move characters to another server — maybe friends landed elsewhere, or your server is the wrong faction balance for you.
This page gives you
The two official transfer windows with dates, the real cost (one free move per account; you only pay when the destination lacks free character slots), the eligibility checklist, what transfers and what stays behind, and the daily regional application hours. Everything below is from the official notices published Oct 8–9, 2026.
Checked against the official Server Transfer notices published Oct 9, 2026 · re-read Oct 12, 2026.
The two transfer windows
| Server group | Transfers open | Transfers close |
|---|---|---|
| Early Access servers | After maintenance, Tue Oct 13 (PDT) / Wed Oct 14 (CEST) | Before maintenance, Tue Oct 20 (PDT) / Wed Oct 21 (CEST) |
| Launch servers | After maintenance, Oct 20 (PDT) / Oct 21 (CEST) | Before maintenance, Oct 27 (PDT) / Oct 28 (CET) |
Early Access servers transfer first — and can only transfer to other Early Access servers. Launch servers get their turn in the following week's window. The notices do not say what happens after Oct 27/28 — treat that as unannounced rather than "transfers end".

What it costs
- Base transfer: 0 Quna — once per account, one direction, for the entire transfer period.
- Each character transferred: 0 Quna.
- Extra destination slots: 1,000 Quna each. You only pay these when the destination server has fewer free character slots than the characters you are moving (official example: 6 characters into 4 free slots = 2,000 Quna). Expanded character slots you bought stay on the origin server.
Official source In the common case — one free move, few characters — the transfer itself costs nothing. The Quna cost exists only to add slots.

Before you apply: the eligibility checklist
An application is rejected — or blocked outright — unless every box is ticked. Do this before your window opens:
- Level 10+. Only characters of Level 10 or higher on the same server are eligible.
- Be in a village. You cannot apply while in the Abyss, a Spacetime Rift or a dungeon.
- Leave your Legion. No Legion membership and no pending Legion application.
- No active Duty.
- Claim everything. Unclaimed currency or items anywhere disqualify the transfer: items listed on the Market or pending collection (including unreceived sale proceeds), unclaimed Shop Storage items (including Founder's Pack contents), and unclaimed mail in the transferring character's mailbox.
- Same faction, same region. Transfers run only between servers within the same faction and the same region.
Official source The window is one move per account for the whole period and it is one-way — there is no reversal in the notices.

What transfers — and what stays behind
| Transfers with you | Stays behind / changes |
|---|---|
| Character Storage and everything in it (expansions too); all Kina in your Cube and Character Storage | Server Storage (account warehouse) does NOT transfer. Move anything you care about into your inventory or Character Storage first |
| Quna and Mileage, added in full to your destination amounts | Storage-slot expansion counts are set to the higher of the two servers; origin-side expanded character slots remain there |
| Shop pets and skins (duplicates become reward tickets, usable until the Nov 24/25 maintenance); My Appearances and Download Library | Your name becomes @TemporaryName — you rename at first login, and if the old name is taken on the destination you cannot reuse it |
| Character-based titles and achievements (server-based ones merge, keeping the higher progress) | Origin-server titles and the origin-side membership are removed (membership moves and merges) |
| Daeva Pass progress, friends and blocked lists (your name updates), Theostones, Abyss Points, season ranking/mission progress | Server-based purchase limits keep the higher count — transferring does not grant extra purchases |
Official source The one that strands items is Server Storage: empty it before you apply. Everything in this table is from the official transfer notices.

Daily application windows and capacity
- Transfers apply only during daily regional time windows. Example from the notice: NA East/West 09:00–13:00 and 15:00–19:00 PDT; Europe and Asia each have their own blocks. Check the transfer UI for your region's hours.
- Capacity limits: no transfer if the departure or destination server has reached its transfer capacity. The in-game UI notifies you when a destination is ineligible.

Picking a server in October 2026
- New EU servers Nathara (Elyos) and Tassin (Asmodian) opened Oct 8 — fresh economies if you want them.
- EU stability note: an Oct 8 cloud-provider outage hit about 21 EU servers; affected players received compensation (a membership day, a pet auto-loot day, a supply chest). The incident was resolved the same day.
- Playing with friends: agree on server and faction before the window opens — transfers stay within the same faction, so the faction you rolled is the faction you keep.
